These terms cover the Mossberry Studio website and our apps, including Coloring Worlds, Learning Worlds, Puzzle Worlds and Sprout Salon. The features, prices and availability shown in each app and its store listing apply to that app.
Family play and adult decisions
Our games are designed for family use. A parent or guardian should manage store accounts, purchases and external links. Where a game includes a grown-up gate, it helps separate adult features from play and does not replace adult supervision.
Using our apps and website
You may use an authorized copy for personal, family and educational play, subject to the license and usage rules of the store where you obtained it. Mossberry artwork, characters, music and software remain the property of their respective rights holders. Downloading an app does not give permission to resell or redistribute its assets. Please use the website and our support services respectfully and lawfully.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some apps are free, while others offer optional purchases or subscriptions. The app and store checkout explain what is included, the local price, taxes, billing period and any trial before you confirm. A lifetime or one-time purchase and an auto-renewing subscription are different offers; refer to the offer you select.
A subscription renews until cancelled through the store that processed it. Uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription. After paid access ends, any permanently free content remains available as described in that app. Purchases, validation and restoration may require internet access and the original store account. Access is not promised to transfer between different stores unless an app explicitly offers that feature. Preview builds may have purchasing disabled.

Apple App Store
Apple processes App Store purchases through your Apple Account. Manage renewal and cancellation in your Apple subscription settings. Apps using Apple's standard license remain subject to Apple's standard licensed application agreement; this studio page does not replace that agreement. Apple's store purchase and refund rules apply alongside your consumer rights.
Microsoft Store
Microsoft Store purchases use your Microsoft account and Microsoft's store license and purchase rules. Manage renewal and cancellation in Microsoft Services & subscriptions. Standalone Windows previews without a Store identity cannot make or restore Microsoft Store purchases.
Android stores
Where an app is offered through Google Play or another Android store, that store handles its purchase, cancellation and refund process. Manage subscriptions through the store used to purchase them. These terms do not announce availability of an Android version; check each app's listing.
Progress, privacy and support
Local progress, drawings and settings may be removed when you clear app data or uninstall. Backup and sync features depend on the app and your device. Read our privacy information and any app-specific policy linked from the app for its actual data practices.
For help, contact [email protected]. Please avoid including a child's personal information. Refund requests follow the rules of the store that processed payment and applicable consumer rights. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Availability and updates
Features and availability may change as apps are updated. A preview, beta or coming-soon listing is not a finished store release. We will update this page when these terms change and revise the date above. For questions, use our support page.
